Christus beauftragt Petrus und Johannes, das Passahmahl vorzubereiten

Italienische Malerei 1500–1515, 1504

The artwork depicts five figures standing on a stone platform. The central figure is shown in profile, with long hair and a halo. He is wearing a pink robe over a blue garment and is gesturing with his right hand towards another figure. The figure to his right has curly hair and a halo, dressed in a yellow robe. Beside him is another figure with straight hair and a halo, wearing a green and red robe. Two other figures stand to the left, one in a dark green robe and the other in a green and red robe, each with a halo. The scene is set against a background of architectural elements, including columns and arches, with a dimly lit interior visible through an open doorway.
