Country Outing (Partie de campagne)

Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, 1897

The artwork "Country Outing (Partie de campagne)" shows a scene from behind a yellow horse-drawn carriage on a light-colored path. The horizon is high in the image, with a green field and a clear blue sky above, with orange and pink clouds. The brushstrokes are delicate. Two figures are in the carriage, a man in a top hat and a woman in a red hat, and a dog runs alongside. The color palette includes soft yellows, greens, blues, and earthy tones.
