Nude Women with a Child in the Forest

Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, 1925

The artwork presents an abstract composition featuring fluid, curving lines that form figures set against a backdrop of jagged, leafy shapes. The figures are two seated women and a child, all rendered with simplified outlines and filled with shades of pink and green. The background has stylized foliage. The use of bold, expressive lines and contrasting colors gives the piece a dynamic and vibrant quality.
