Monstrous Craws, at a New Coalition Feast

Britische Grafik 1775–1790, 1787

This is a drawing of three figures with elongated necks and large sacks under their chins, seated around a bowl filled with coins. They are eating from the bowl using oval-shaped spoons, wearing elaborate clothing. The central figure wears a feathered hat or headdress and a red cloak. The composition suggests gluttony and greed, emphasized by overflowing coins and bulging sacks. The setting appears to be an interior space, with a stone archway in the background.
