To Stephanus's right is Valentinus, also with a halo, wearing a mitre and a long cloak, holding a crosier. On Stephanus's left is Maximilianus, also wearing a mitre and a halo, with two fingers raised as a gesture of blessing. The figures are dressed in ecclesiastical garments of red, green, and yellow.
