This is a painting of two birds perched on branches. The upper bird has green plumage with a red throat and a long, slender beak. The lower bird has brown and rust hues, a slender body, and a yellow patch on its side. Both birds are perched on branches of a bare, gnarled tree. In the background, there is greenery with a small mound of grass and a partial wooden fence.
